The Police Recruitment Board on Thursday, April 4, released a full list of centres across Nigeria where successful and shortlisted applicants can undergo the compulsory medical screening..
The board was set up by the Police Service Commission (PSC) to facilitate the ongoing recruitment of Nigerians into the Constable Cadre of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).
According to the Head Press and Public Relations, Ikechukwu Ani, the final stage of the screening exercise consist of a medical examination which will be held on Tuesday, April 16, made to run for two weeks, Vanguard reports.

A top police officer told Legit.ng on Saturday, April 13, that the Nigerian Police Force plans to recruit 40,000 recruits across the country, but added that the recruitment will be done in phases.
Speaking on the impact of the additions to the NPF's workforce, the officer said:
"Nigeria is too large to have a central policing system. The leaders are aware of this fact but because politicians use recruitment into security formations as job creation and not to enhance the quality of national security."
The police command in Kaduna state on Sunday, March 3, made public 39 computer-based test (CBT) centres in its bid to recruit Nigerians into the Force.
The recruitment is for police constables.
The free CBT examination was scheduled from Tuesday, March 5 to Wednesday, March 6.
